How to clean aluminum alloy die castings?
1. To remove the sprue, overflow chute and their burrs, a punch is usually used for punching. Generally, manual operation is not required after punching. When the punch is difficult to remove, it can be removed manually, but it shall not cause meat shortage and deformation.
2. When the product needs to be refined, it can be polished with a grinder, grinding wheel grinder or polishing machine, and the parts that are not in place can be trimmed with a scraper or file.
3. In case of deformation of aluminum die castings, special mould and equipment can be used for correction. After correction, annealing or aging treatment shall be required.
