1. Before the operation of precision hardware parts processing machinery, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle the machine for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate in case of mechanical failure.
2. Keep correct posture when working, and have enough spirit to cope with the work. If you find that you are unwell, you should leave the post immediately and report to the leader. During the operation, the operator must concentrate on his/her mind. It is strictly prohibited to chat and cooperate with each other. The operator must not operate in a fretful and tired state to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of operation. All employees shall check whether their clothes meet the work requirements before entering their posts. It is not allowed to wear slippers, high-heeled shoes and clothes that affect safety. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.
3. When replacing the die, first turn off the power, and then start to install and debug the die after the punch movement department stops running. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand to test punch twice, and check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.
4. Only after all other personnel leave the mechanical working area and take away the sundries on the workbench can the power supply be started to start the machine.
5. When the machine is working, it is prohibited to put your hand into the slider working area, and it is prohibited to take and place the workpiece by hand. Tools that meet the standards must be used when taking and placing workpieces in the die. In case of any abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, the power switch shall be turned off immediately for inspection. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine. Others shall not press the electric building or step on the foot switch board, nor put their hands into the mechanical working area or touch the moving part of the machine.
6. When off duty, the idle power supply shall be turned off, and the finished products, leftovers and sundries on the post shall be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
